Terms of Service

Important Notice

RC Reloaded is an online marketplace platform. We are not a party to transactions between users and do not inspect, verify, or authenticate items. All transactions are solely between buyers and sellers.

1Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RCReloaded.com ("RC Reloaded," "we," "us," or "our"), including all related services, tools, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and all referenced policies, including the Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy.

2Platform Role (Critical Protection Clause)

RC Reloaded is an online marketplace platform that facilitates listings, communication, payments, and shipping coordination between independent buyers and sellers.

  • RC Reloaded is not a party to transactions between users
  • RC Reloaded does not take possession of items
  • RC Reloaded does not inspect, verify, or authenticate items
  • RC Reloaded does not guarantee item condition, quality, or legality
  • RC Reloaded does not guarantee seller performance or buyer payment
  • RC Reloaded does not guarantee completion of any transaction

All transactions are solely between buyers and sellers.

3Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including:

  • FAA regulations for drones
  • Shipping and hazardous material laws
  • Local and international regulations

4Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate account information
  • Securing your credentials
  • All activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

5Listings and Transactions

5.1 Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are solely responsible for accurate descriptions, legal ownership, shipping items, and compliance with all laws.

5.2 Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings, paying agreed amounts, and complying with all policies.

5.3 Binding Transactions

A legally binding agreement is formed when a buyer commits to purchase or a seller accepts an offer. RC Reloaded does not transfer legal ownership of items.

6Fees & Payments

RC Reloaded charges fees for use of the Platform.

  • Fees apply even if transactions are completed off-platform after introduction
  • Fees may be updated with notice
  • Failure to pay fees may result in account restrictions

Payments are processed via Stripe and/or PayPal.

RC Reloaded does not hold funds as a bank or provide licensed escrow services. Payments may be held by third-party processors for fraud prevention, compliance, and dispute handling.

7Shipping (Shippo Integration)

RC Reloaded may provide shipping tools via third-party providers such as Shippo.

RC Reloaded is not a carrier, broker, or freight forwarder and is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays. Users must comply with all carrier and shipping regulations.

8Buyer & Seller Protection & Transaction Processing

8.1 Platform Role & Limitations

RC Reloaded facilitates escrow-assisted payment workflows only. RC Reloaded is not a bank, licensed escrow provider, or insurer.

8.2 Escrow-Assisted Payments

Payments may be temporarily held by third-party processors. Funds are released when the buyer confirms delivery, the dispute window expires, or a dispute is resolved.

8.3 Seller Protection

Sellers are protected when items are shipped on time with valid tracking. No refunds are required for buyer remorse, properly disclosed conditions, or carrier delays.

8.4 Non-Delivery Protection

Buyers may receive refunds if an item is not shipped or tracking confirms non-delivery.

8.5 Item Not as Described (Limited)

Covered: Wrong item, major undisclosed damage.

Not covered: Normal wear/tear, performance issues, buyer remorse.

RC Reloaded does not determine fault or inspect items.

8.6 Dispute Resolution

RC Reloaded may facilitate disputes but is not obligated to resolve them. Users agree to communicate in good faith and provide evidence.

8.7 Returns

All return logistics are handled between users. RC Reloaded does not process returns or issue shipping labels.

8.8 Chargebacks

Users must attempt Platform resolution first. Abuse may result in suspension or termination.

9Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in listing removal, fee forfeiture, or account termination.

10Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "AS IS." RC Reloaded makes no guarantees regarding platform availability, listings, or transactions.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RC Reloaded is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or transaction losses. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

12Release

You release RC Reloaded from all claims arising from disputes between users.

13Indemnification

You agree to indemnify RC Reloaded against claims arising from your use of the Platform, violations of these Terms, or violations of law.

14Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration.

  • No class actions
  • No jury trials
  • Governed by the Federal Arbitration Act

15Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

16Termination

We may terminate access at any time for any reason.

17Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

18Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with all policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and RC Reloaded.
