Acceptable Use Policy

The Platform may only be used for listing, buying, selling, or trading:

• Remote control vehicles
• RC aircraft, drones, and boats
• RC parts, electronics, and accessories

Listings must be primarily intended for RC use.

You may NOT list:

• Non-RC items or unrelated goods
• Full-scale vehicles or automotive parts
• Weapons, firearms, explosives, or hazardous materials
• Illegal, stolen, or counterfeit items
• Controlled substances or restricted goods

Misclassification to bypass these rules is strictly prohibited.

Buyers agree to:

• Review listings carefully before purchasing
• Submit disputes only when legitimate and supported by evidence
• Attempt resolution through the Platform before initiating chargebacks
• Communicate respectfully and in good faith

Abuse of buyer protection or dispute systems is prohibited.

Sellers agree to:

• Accurately describe items and disclose known defects
• Ship items within stated handling times
• Provide valid tracking information
• Comply with all shipping and carrier requirements
• Engage in good-faith dispute resolution

Users must comply with:

• Carrier rules (via Shippo and supported carriers)
• Hazardous materials regulations (including batteries)
• Export and customs laws

You may not:

• Falsify shipment contents, value, or weight
• Ship prohibited items
• Evade shipping or customs requirements

You may not:

• Submit false claims or disputes
• Abuse escrow-assisted payment processes
• Initiate improper or excessive chargebacks
• Use multiple accounts to bypass restrictions

You may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Interfere with platform functionality
• Use bots, scraping tools, or automation without permission

RC Reloaded may, at its sole discretion:

• Remove listings or content
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Forfeit fees associated with violations
• Restrict access to payments or shipping features

RC Reloaded does not:

• Verify listings
• Inspect items
• Guarantee transactions
• Resolve disputes between users

Users are solely responsible for their actions and transactions.
